What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of starhero.co, the company website of Star Hero AI, LLC ("Star Hero AI", "we"). Each of our products has its own terms of service on its own site, and those are what you agree to when you use the product: Winnows, Frontmat and Sub Hero. Where this site and a product's own site disagree about that product, the product's site wins.

Using the site

You may read, link to and share this site. You may not copy its text, marks or images for your own site, product or marketing without our permission, beyond what fair use allows, and you may not do anything intended to interfere with the site or the systems that serve it.

Names and marks

Star Hero AI, the star-over-horizon mark, Winnows, Frontmat and Sub Hero are names and marks of Star Hero AI, LLC. Other company and product names on this site belong to their owners and appear only to say what our products work with or compare to.

No warranty

This site is information, provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is, and nothing on it is advice, a quotation or an offer. Product features, prices and terms are stated on each product's own site.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Star Hero AI, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything it says.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
