Privacy policy
This site collects as little as a website can. Here is exactly what that means.
Last updated October 2026
What this policy covers
This policy covers starhero.co, the company website of Star Hero AI, LLC ("Star Hero AI", "we"). Each of our products has its own privacy policy on its own site, because each handles different data: Winnows, Frontmat and Sub Hero. If you use one of them, that policy is the one that applies to your account.
What this site collects
Nothing you type. This site has no forms, no accounts and no comments. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no scripts, fonts or images from third parties. Everything on the page is served from our own domain.
Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) whose servers may keep standard access logs: the address your device connects from, the pages requested, the time, and the browser's description of itself. We use these only to keep the site running and secure, and we do not combine them with anything else to identify you.
When you email us
If you write to hello@starhero.co, we keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with it and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can follow up. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with anyone outside the company unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
Links to other sites
Links to our products and to other sites take you off this site, and what happens there is governed by that site's own policy. In particular, if you arrived here from a post on Facebook or Instagram, anything those platforms recorded about the visit was recorded by them, not by us. This site carries no tracking pixel.
Your rights
Because this site keeps nothing about you, there is usually nothing to access, correct or delete. If you believe we hold personal data about you, for example from an email exchange, write to hello@starhero.co and we will tell you what we have and remove it on request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. We will not quietly start collecting more than this page says.
